What if doing less could make you feel so much better? Welcome to Restorative Yoga.
What is Restorative Yoga? It is the use of props to put the body into positions of comfort and ease, to support relaxation and health. It is an invitation to do less.
“We work very hard in our lives and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to relax. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to rest deeply and completely.”
-Judith Hanson Lasater author of Restore and Rebalance and Relax and Renew.
